1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Rental Period and Extensions

  • Minimum rental period: 24 hours

  • Weekly rate = 5 daily rates
  • Monthly rate = 4 weekly rates
  • Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before return time
  • Overtime charges apply for late returns without extension approval

7. Equipment Use and Responsibility

Permitted Use:

  • Only for intended purposes within Dubai
  • Operated by trained, competent personnel
  • Following all manufacturer guidelines and UAE safety regulations

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily pre-operation checks
  • Report any issues immediately
  • Maintain fuel/charge levels
  • Keep equipment clean and secure
  • Prevent unauthorized use

8. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use equipment outside Dubai
  • Sub-rent or transfer equipment
  • Modify or repair equipment
  • Use for illegal purposes
  • Operate by unqualified persons
  • Overload beyond rated capacity
  • Use in hazardous environments without prior approval

9. Maintenance and Breakdown

Routine Maintenance:

  • Included in rental cost
  • Scheduled by our technicians
  • Customer must provide access

Breakdowns:

  • Report immediately to our Dubai service team
  • Do not attempt repairs
  • Replacement equipment provided for qualifying breakdowns
  • No rental charges during confirmed mechanical downtime

10. Damage and Loss

Damage Assessment:

  • Customer liable for all damages beyond normal wear
  • Damage assessed by our technicians
  • Repair costs deducted from security deposit

Total Loss/Theft:

  • Customer liable for full replacement value
  • Must report theft to Dubai Police immediately
  • Provide police report within 24 hours

11. Insurance

  • Deductible applies to all claims

12. Termination

We may terminate rental immediately if:
